Q1) How can I become a member?
A1) Simply signup online and you will be issued with an account number, & password instantly please check your bulk/inbox mail. You should write the number & password down immediately in a secure place. Please make sure you do not disclose your account information apart from your account number to anyone not even any staff of YourInvestMentExpert.com for any reason, so ignore any email fruad asking you for your account information eg(account password,account balance,billing address)etc.

Q2) How soon can I use my account to shop?
A2) As soon as you put your investment money into your new account with either fund via your bank account or via a Worldpaypal account.

Q3)What is 120 working days?
A3) 120 days - it's approximate 120 business/banking (paying) days in investment Term,i.e all public holidays excluded.

Q4) Do you pay from Monday to Friday?

A. Yes we do. but We do not pay on weekends (Sat and Sun)

Q6)Can I get my total investment or part of my investment back before slot duration expire for a pressing financial needs?

A. We can only give 20% fromyour invested amount as load which attract 25% Interest. if not refunded before duration expires it will be deducted from total returns on investment rate this is available on negotiation for every VIP range only.

Q7)Can we meet with you?

A. Yes, if you are a VIP or were referred by VIP investor.you can also be directed on appointment with a representative as a VIP investor, A member who invested at least N1.5million for 120 working days is VIP range.

Q10)How can I invest with you?

A. We accept deposits via wire-transfers, international checks, Western Union, e-gold, e-bullion or Hatfield Oak. We may consider other payment methods under certain circumstances. This may be negotiated individually.

Q11)I wonder why you do not provide phone support.

A. Yes, we do answer phone calls. But the problem is that we have so many investors that we are unable to provide phone support to everyone same time. Therefore, we prefer to handle all questions via e-mail. To get timely and detailed response to all your questions, please send us a message via the “contact us-link form”.

Q12)What is a referral?

A. A Referral is a person who joined Yourinvestmentexpert.com ’s Investment Club through your account number and/or based on Your personal recommendation.and for everyone your referred you get 5% commision cash into your bank account.

A. We process them immediately after the funds are cleared from our bank and interest payments are processed

Q14) Can I have more than one account?
A14) Yes. Although it is advisable to have only one account as all the related passwords with many accounts may become unmanageable for you.

Q16)How can I withdraw my 'Available to Withdraw' balance?

A. Please click transfer money link' menu and follow the instructions provided on this page. You can withdraw the funds or re-invest it back.

Q17)Do I need to invest if I want to start referring others and earn referral commissions?

A. No, But in that case you must pay annually a referral account maintainance fees of N10,000 in order fo ryour account not to be deleted within 24hrs. we delete any account that dosent have any balance.

Q18)Can I make additional deposits?

A. Yes, you can make additional deposits as often as you wish.please not that if you paid account maintainance fees of N10,000 this shall not be added to any of our investment slot when you are ready to start investing as these is charged for account account maintainance only.

Q19)When are the interest payments made? How do you process them?

A. After six month when your investment slot duration ends, dates for withdrawal will be stated into your account login

Q20)I want to withdraw my profit? how can I do that?

A. Here are step-by-step instructions:

2. eneter bank details you want your profit transfer to and this is done within 5 working days.

Q21)What do I have to provide in order to open an account?

A. We are a private investment club and we do not require you to disclose your full personal info, unless You want to open a bank-account in order to get access to an international banking-solutions. All you need to do is to fill in the information requested in our New member application form. Under no circumstances will your personal details be sold, leased or transferred to any third party.

Q22)My account was stolen. What do I need to do now?

A. At first, use the 'Forgot Password' option. If this will not be enough, please contact us via the “contact us-link” providing your personal and account details. Please contact us only from the e-mail address you have used at registration.
